Are you looking for a supportive and connected team to take supervision to the next level? Have you been thinking about being a supervisor and need the right place to take that step?

We are looking for LICSW Supervisors to join our team and help the next generations of therapists grow, while expanding your own areas of serving.

Supervision allows us to help others grow, challenges us to see therapy in another lens, and widens our impact of serving as we partner with interns & pre-licensed therapists. The shift from therapy to supervision lessens burnout as we balance our time purposefully, increase our connection to each other, and are held safely by the supervision team as a whole. The team collaborates to make sure each supervisor is supported, as well as consulting on how to best serve supervisees.

CHC is the environment where learning and growth are front and center for clients and employees alike.

Marissa Marx, MS, LPCC, ACS

Approved supervisor for LPCs and LPCCs. Supervision is offered for $75/hour. The cost may be shared with another person per session.

Alison specializes in Anxiety, life transitions, grief, parents of special needs children, LGBT support, trauma, and treatment for teens.

Amanda Nuemann, (she/her), MA, LMFT

Amanda specializes in Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Adoption, Life transitions, PTSD, Coping skills, Relationship difficulties, LGBTQIA+, Communication, Boundaries, Guilt, and Shame.

“I do not believe in a cookie-cutter therapy technique, but believe that it is my job to figure out what works best for each person. Some techniques that I do use are CBT, ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy), experiential, TFCBT, solution-focused, play therapy, strengths-based, and genograms (family tree). I’m genuinely interested in getting to know you as a whole person.”

Briana Colton, MA, LPCC, ATR, PACC

Briana is a registered art therapist and is certified in permanency/adoption/foster care competency. She specializes in Trauma; Anxiety; Grief and Loss; Life transitions; Personal identity work; Self-esteem/self-confidence; and families impacted by addiction.
