Supervised By: Marissa Marx, MS, LPCC, ACS
Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Relationship and Family Issues, Coping Skills, and Life Transitions
Client Focus: Children 6+, Adults, Couples, Families, and Individuals
Treatment Approach: My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals, couples, and families of all ages feel heard, respected, and comfortable being themselves. Using a strengths-based approach, I focus on each person’s unique strengths, values, and experiences while working together to navigate challenges and create meaningful change. When working with children and families, I value understanding that relationships and family dynamics shape each person’s experiences and well-being. I hope that therapy feels supportive, positive, and empowering for every client and family I work with.

About Me:
I am currently a student at North Dakota State University in their Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. I completed my undergraduate degree in Human Development & Family Science and Psychology at NDSU, while playing on the women’s basketball team. Outside of work and school, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling, cooking, and watching sports or a new movie!
