Specialties:  ADHD, Relational/Couple work, Emotionally Focused Therapy, boundaries, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, LGBTQ+, and polyamory/non-monogamy.

Client focus: Adolescents,Young Adults, Adults, Couples.

Treatment approach: Client-Centered, Strengths-Based, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment Theory, Solution Focused, and Relational/Systemic.

Cassi obtained her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota in 2019. Cassi has been in the mental health field for 5 years in multiple settings, such as in-home play therapy for children with autism, domestic violence shelter/crisis centers, and out-patient therapy clinics.

Cassi is direct, kind, and authentic with her approach to interacting with others.She encourages authentic expression of self in the therapy room as she believes this leads to improved individual and relational wellbeing, while building a stronger sense of self. Cassi creates individualized approaches to therapy for each client to fit their unique internal framework and world view. Through compassion, humor, and curiosity she meets you where you're at and works with you to get you where you want to be

She has a special interest in working with neurodiverse individuals as she herself has walked through the world in this way, with all the unique experiences that brings.Cassi specifically enjoys assisting ADHD/ADD individuals in better understanding their diagnosis and how to adapt to a neurotypical world in a way that feels authentic and fulfilling.

Cassi also has experience with couples work, utilizing Emotionally Focused Therapy to help couples connect and communicate successfully.
