Hi! Welcome and thank you for visiting my page!

I enjoy working with adolescents and adults, and am dedicated to providing a warm and welcoming environment for everyone to explore their feelings and challenges. It is my belief that every person's journey is unique, and I am here to support you in discovering your inner strength, self-confidence, and potential for healing. Together, we will embark on a path of self-exploration and growth, fostering a deeper understanding of yourself and enhancing your overall emotional well-being. I look forward to accompanying you on this transformative journey towards a happier and healthier life through openness, humor, and unconditional positive regard.

I graduated from St. Catherine's University in 2022 with my Master's in Social Work and am working towards independent licensure. I have worked in adolescent day treatment and residential treatment settings, as a housing case manager, and as a job coach.

In my free time, I love:

-listening to music and podcasts

-art journaling/collaging

-spending time with my friends, family, and dogs

-being outside

-trying new restaurants

-shopping

-playing board games
