Katy holds a Doctorate in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. She has done intensive work studying digital device behaviors and working with families on healthy digital device use.

For close to a decade Katy has worked with couples and families in large agencies along with both community and office settings. Her previous work brings a unique perspective to the clients she is honored to work with.

After spending over two decades participating in extreme sports, along with many life and family struggles, Katy has lived major life transitions. She understands that sometimes we do not perform the way we would like to. Katy also knows that sometimes our careers or personal lives can cause great personal anguish, leaving us to feel totally defeated.

And, it is in our defeats, where we find our greatest hope. And hope is where we begin..
