Thank you for considering giving therapy a chance.

In my sessions, I am intentional about offering you a safe space while I be the human who listens with genuine curiosity. I want to walk this unpredictable journey of life alongside you. Life is full of moments, some are joyful, others are depressing and everything in between. All these moments are worth being seen, you are worth being seen and heard. Come in and let us do this life thing together!

I graduated from Walden University with a Master’s of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. In my free time, I enjoy dancing awkwardly for my daughter in the kitchen (I am not sure why this often happens in the kitchen specifically ), trying new foods, and learning about new cultures. Good laughs fill my cup, I also love traveling back to Africa.

Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or would like to work together, I’ll be happy to hear from you.
