Collaborations

At CHC our values of Community-Connection-and Serving come to a impactful blend as we work in partnership with the Anoka County Juvenile Center, Alexandra House for Domestic and Sexual Abuses, and The Stepping Stones Homeless Shelter.

How we collaborate

A group of CHC therapists go directly to our collaboration sites to decrease barriers for people receiving mental health services.  Our serving hearts sing as we utilize our gifts to bring direct services to our community.

Anoka County Juvenile Center

CHC provides both individual and group counseling to the three buildings at the Anoka County Juvenile Center five days a week. In addition, our team provide staff training and consultation.

Alexandra House

Alexandra House operates the only 24-hour domestic and sexual violence emergency shelter in Anoka County.  CHC provides in-house therapy to within the shelter as well as working with survivors who have transitioned into the community.

Stepping Stone

Stepping Stone Emergency Housing in Anoka County provides emergency shelter and critical support services to individuals 18 and older experiencing homelessness while striving toward self-sufficiency. CHC provides individual and group services as well as training and consultation to staff.
