Jamie Mosley MS, LPCC-CDWF
Jamie Mosley is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who has completed her Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University along with achieving her CDWF. After 20+ years with Head Start, Jamie pursued her long-term career goal of becoming a therapist.
Specialties: Shame (the feeling of not being good enough), The Daring Way™, Trauma, Grief, Parenting, and EMDR In addition: Anxiety, Borderline Personality, Coping Skills, Depression, Self Esteem, Self-Harming, PTSD.
Client Focus: Adolescent, Individual, Family, Couple
Treatment Approach: integrative approach that utilizes a variety of methods. This approach meets the individual needs of the client. Jamie believes that a "one size fits all approach" is limiting. Sessions will identify the individual, family, or couple, where they are, and developing an effective approach in the context of relationship and humor.

Marissa Marx MS, LPCC
Marissa Marx is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Master’s of Science in School Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and 5 years of experience

Client Focus: children (ages preschool to teens), families
Treatment Approach: developmental and trauma-informed perspective, utilizes techniques common to psycho-social therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, reality therapy, and theraplay.

Lindsey Moe is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. She feels privileged to listen to clients’ stories and wants to hear them all! Her goal is to help clients identify underlying wounds that need healing in order to help her clients grow to their full potential.

Jeffrey Brunsgaard is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas. After 10 years of working in non-profit organizations, Jeffrey is pursuing his goal of becoming an independent therapist.

Lexi McDonald - Intern Psychotherapist
Lexi knows that reaching out and asking for help can create feelings of fear and shame. Offering a safe place to process your situation and an affirming manner, she wants you to know you are doing the best you can with what you've been given during this difficult time.
Lexi has a degree in Sociology and a Psychology minor from North Dakota State University. Her experience in both corrections and social services has led her to pursue a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She carries a strong passion for connection and empowering individuals to achieve positive growth.
Her goal is to help you effectively strengthen self-worth while standing with you through positive change and empowerment. After all, there is strength within that can grow immensely when then appropriate support and tools are in place. Lexi enjoys tailoring therapy to the needs of each unique client while finding that inner strength together.
Availability: Monday’s 12-5, Thursday’s 12-8, and Friday’s 12-7

Richelle Amundson, MSW, LICSW
Richelle graduated from the Clinical Social Work program at the University of St. Thomas/St. Catherine University in 2014. She understands that sometimes life feels impossible to manage. Richelle will listen with care and understanding to your story of struggles and strengths. From this she will help you build toward the life you want to be living.

Client Focus: Adolescents and Adults
Treatment Approach: To help understand your situation more clearly and build your coping skills, Richelle will draw from her training in psychodynamic therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness. She will approach your situation with sensitivity to your unique cultural background and informed by any trauma you may have experienced in your life. Together you and Richelle will combine these new coping skills with your existing strengths to find a stable path forward that works for you.
Availability: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday’s 9-5; Wednesday’s 12-9
Sarah Sumner, MSW, LICSW
Sarah Sumner is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and over 4 years of clinical experience.
