Treatment Approach: I strive to create an environment where people feel safe to show up as their full, authentic selves—especially those who are often underrepresented or underserved. My approach blends evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, person centered, solution focused brief therapy, narrative therapy, IFS, Bowen family systems, existential therapy) with creativity, humor, and genuine human connection. I am passionate about making therapy feel accessible and individualized, while also conceptualizing each person’s lived experiences within their larger systemic and cultural contexts.
I believe therapy is a sacred space: one where people can be held and witnessed fully, with all their contradictions, fears, and hopes. I feel honored to sit in that space with you as you work through the chaos that is being alive.
