Hi! I’m glad you’re here. One of the most important things I want you to know is that healing looks different for everyone. It can be a journey filled with both difficult challenges and moments of incredible joy. My role is to create a safe, collaborative space where you and/or your child can process your experiences and express your needs. I strive to foster empowerment, resilience, and connection while meeting you where you are – mind, body, brain, and spirit – as we work through things together.

Outside of work, you can find me spending time with family and friends exploring the Twin Cities. I love hiking, especially anywhere near a waterfall. I am also a choreographer for local dancers and martial artists. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or think we may be a good fit to work together. I’d be happy to connect with you :)
