I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Merrimack College, and an Associate’s degree in Business Studies from Lackawanna College.
Throughout my academic and personal journey, I have embraced new environments, challenges, and opportunities for growth that have shaped me both as a professional and as an individual. These experiences taught me resilience, self-awareness, and the power of transformation—values I bring into my work with clients every day. I am deeply passionate about empowering and motivating individuals to reach their maximum potential. My approach focuses on creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences freely. My goal is to guide each person toward healing, growth, and lasting positive change.
One of my favorite quotes captures the heart of my philosophy: “A lot of people don’t realize their potential because they’re just so risk-averse. Life is about taking risks. If you never take a risk, you will never achieve your dreams.”
I believe that meaningful change begins with courage—and I’m here to help my clients take that first step with confidence and hope.
