I strive to create a warm, safe, and supportive environment where clients feel heard, seen, and empowered to work toward their goals. I am passionate about walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s challenges, helping them develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their experiences so they can create meaningful and lasting change.
In my work, I utilize an eclectic blend of therapeutic approaches, allowing me to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. I work with a variety of presenting concerns and enjoy supporting clients across different age ranges. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I aim to meet clients where they are while supporting growth through both the difficult and hopeful moments life brings.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy practicing yoga, reading, painting, going on walks, spending time with family and friends, and playing with my animals. I am a 200-hour certified yoga instructor and am currently beginning training in trauma-informed yoga, which informs my holistic and mindful approach to care.
