Grief
Grief is the natural emotional response to loss and is personal, meaning there is no “correct” way to grieve.
There are 5 stages of grief: denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance. The stages do not necessarily follow an order and many overlap or return periodically with varying intensities.
